The Vivian Motor Hotel was established in Neepawa in the 1920's. The present building was constructed in 1968 and ownership remains with the Vivian Family. The hotel has guest rooms, rental suites, a beverage room with VLT's, pool tables, games and entertainment, a beer vendor, a restaurant, a lounge, a banquet room, cabaret, and an outside patio. The Vivian Motor Hotel is centrally located between the downtown district and the yellowhead highway (#16). Just walking distance from the many Lilly Parks, Exhibition Park, Town Hall and many of the buildings and facilities that make Neepawa a beautiful and entertaining town.
